CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Guests who wish to cancel their reservation must notify Elbis Hotel customer service at least 24 hours prior to arrival. In such cases, the full payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
In all cases, any expenses, taxes, fees, and mandatory payments incurred for the provision of the service are non-refundable.
If the guest fails to check in without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
For promotional bookings, the cancellation and refund terms stated above do not apply, and the guest remains fully responsible for the total amount.
Guests are required to comply with the property's check-in and check-out times as well as all hotel rules. Guests must not disturb others or interfere with the services provided to other guests. Legal obligations are also included within this scope.
Guests must provide all necessary information required for invoicing to Elbis Hotel no later than the end date of the service.
This agreement becomes effective once the guest completes the payment in full, either as a single payment or in installments via credit card.
No refunds will be issued by Elbis Hotel if the guest requests voluntary changes during their stay.
