This Privacy & Personal Data Protection Policy explains:
a. What types of personal data are collected by the Elbis Hotel reservation management system,
b. How this personal data is used,

d. Your rights regarding your personal data processed within the reservation management system and how you can exercise these rights,
e. How you can change your preferences regarding receiving electronic commercial communications.
Personal Data Processed, Purpose and Legal Basis
In order to provide better services to its members, and in compliance with applicable legislation including Law No. 5651, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, Turkish Penal Code No. 5237, and Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the Elbis Hotel reservation system collects personal data such as: name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, gender, social media account data (if connected), reservation details (including location, timing, payments, campaigns, discounts), browsing and interaction data, and location data when using the application.
This data is processed and stored securely, within the scope of your explicit consent, solely for the purposes defined in this policy and communication consent, and will not be used beyond these purposes.
Communication Consent
By accepting the “Elbis Hotel Reservation System Terms of Use” and this Privacy Policy, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data for the purpose of providing you with special offers, promotions, marketing communications, surveys, and reservation advantages.
Your data may be shared only when necessary and to the extent required with third parties who comply with data protection regulations and have equivalent legal and technical obligations.

Retention Period of Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 6563, records such as communication consent, withdrawal of consent, and communication content will be stored for 3 years after the consent becomes invalid. After this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Opt-Out from the Reservation System
You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to rezervasyon@elbis.com.tr, clicking the unsubscribe link in communications, or contacting customer service at (0266 398 15 35).
