Payment Policy
A 25% discount applies for the third guest staying in the same room. A single supplement applies for single occupancy in double rooms. Prices may vary during holidays, public holidays, and weekends.
A prepayment is required to confirm your reservation. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled. The prepayment amount may vary depending on the booking period. During early booking periods, full payment is generally required.
Detailed information will be provided during the reservation process. All rates include accommodation tax and VAT.
Children & Extra Beds
For families with children: Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the adult pool.
Breakfast and dinner are served as an open buffet, while lunch is served as a set menu. Afternoon tea and cake service are included.
One child aged 0–6 stays free of charge with two adults, with an extra bed provided. A baby cot is available free of charge for children aged 0–2.
A second child aged 0–6 in the same room is charged at 50% with an extra bed. Children aged 7–12 receive a 50% discount.
Dining & Services
Your Full Board Plus stay includes open buffet breakfast and dinner, a set menu lunch, traditional Turkish flatbread service between 11:00–16:00, pide service between 12:00–16:00, and afternoon tea with cake between 16:00–17:30.
All non-bottled beverages during meals and bottled water are included. Throughout the day, water, tea, instant coffee, and fruit juices are available free of charge on a self-service basis.
Bottled beverages, Turkish coffee, ice cream, and specialty items such as toast and hamburgers are available at an additional cost.
Additional Information
Outside visitors are not permitted. During peak season, pool access is limited to in-house guests only due to capacity restrictions.
Our new duplex suites accommodate a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 guests and feature two bathrooms. There are no dress code restrictions in common areas.
