Accommodation Charges

The third guest staying in the same room receives a 25% discount. A single supplement applies for single occupancy in a double room. Rates may vary during holidays, public holidays, and weekend overnight stays. All rates include accommodation tax and VAT.

Prepayment, Cancellation & Refund

A prepayment must be made by bank transfer/EFT or credit card within 3 days after the provisional reservation in order to confirm the booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

The prepayment amount may vary depending on the booking period. During early booking periods, full payment is generally required. Detailed information will be provided during the reservation process.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, the amount paid will be refunded via the original payment method for cancellations made up to the last 24 hours before arrival.

Children & Extra Beds

For families with children, children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the adult pool. Breakfast and dinner are served as an open buffet, while lunch is served as a set menu. Afternoon tea and cake are included in the rate.

One child aged 0–6 stays free of charge with two adults, with an extra bed provided. A baby cot is available free of charge for children aged 0–2. A second child aged 0–6 staying in the same room is charged at 50% with an extra bed. Children aged 7–12 receive a 50% discount.

Dining & Services

Your Full Board Plus stay includes open buffet breakfast and dinner, set menu lunch, gözleme service between 11:00–16:00, pide service between 12:00–16:00, and afternoon tea with cake between 16:00–17:30.

Meal times at Elbis Hotel are as follows:

• Breakfast: 08:00 - 10:30
• Lunch: 13:00 - 14:00 (Fridays: 13:00 - 14:30)
• Dinner: 18:30 - 20:30

Water, tea, instant coffee, and assorted fruit juices are available free of charge throughout the day on a self-service basis. Bottled beverages, ice cream, and specialty drinks such as Turkish coffee are available at an additional charge and are served by staff.

Additional Information

Our pools are reserved exclusively for in-house guests, and outside visitors are strictly not permitted.

Male children over the age of 6 are not permitted in the ladies-only pool area. Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the adult pool. For hygiene reasons, a swim cap is required in the ladies-only pool. For the same hygiene reasons, full-body swimwear is not permitted in the ladies-only pool; half-coverage swimwear may be used.

Our new duplex suite rooms accommodate a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 5 guests and feature 2 bathrooms.

There are no clothing restrictions in common areas.

Children under the age of 12, non-swimmers, and individuals under 120 cm in height are not permitted to use the Aquapark. The use of arm bands, inflatable rings, and similar items is also not permitted.

Important Notice

For the safety of our guests, scooters, roller skates, and all other wheeled vehicles or similar accessories are not permitted on hotel premises, as they may cause accidents or injuries.
